Dan and I grabbed lunch a couple of blocks from the office today. On our way there, several men were taking to the sidewalks, giving out free snack cakes. They also have a program where you can take your picture in front of their Little Debbie-branded Smart Cars, which you can win!In light of the new FTC Guidelines on Endorsements and Testimonials, I should make clear that, though Little Debbie gave me a free cupcake, this post represents my own views.
